  • Represented minority shareholder of an out-patient surgery center when the majority shareholders attempted to divert profiles to another company
  • Representation of investors in cable television network in breach of contract and fraud case against Fortune 100 Company with potential damages in excess of $100 million.
  • Represented out-of-state contractor brought into multiparty dispute alleging commercial corruption and conspiracy to defraud. Negotiated a favorable settlement at an early state in the litigation that allowed this peripheral defendant to avoid potentially debilitating legal fees.
